Meet the Founder - Chef Andav Rai

Passionate about flavors and culinary artistry, Chef Andav Rai brings over 4+ years of expertise in the food industry. Trained under “ michelin-starred restaurant chefs “ from Spain and France, he refined his craft in world-class kitchens.

His journey began at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, where he mastered Indian cuisine. Later, he played a pivotal role in launching Bougie in Delhi and Loam Bistro & Artisanal Cheese in Pune, shaping unique dining experiences.

At the heart of his culinary philosophy is the belief that great meals are more than just food—they're a celebration of life, culture, and togetherness.
